Clean drive way Background

Why infrared repair?

  • With conventional saw cut methods, an area is cut out and removed, then refilled with new material. Cracks and seams are left exposed which quickly ruin such patches.

  • Versus infrared heating units heat asphalt in-place into workable state, at which point we can add asphalt to fill cracks, holes, and dips.

  • This method allows us to fuse repairs seamlessly to the old, preventing water from seeping in and creates a durable surface that looks like new.

  • This is the biggest advantage of infrared. The feathered joining of new patch material to the surrounding pavement means no seams, no water infiltration – thus, no cold/water damage for a more durable fix.

Who we are and some common questions we hear.

We're a small company, locally owned and operated since 2003. We've been proud to provide Alaskan residents and businesses with clean driveways and smooth puddle free parking lots.

How soon can I get an estimate done?
Usually all our estimates done are within a week of them coming in.

Can you work in the rain?

Yes, as long as it is a light drizzle, we can’t work in a heavy downpour.

When does your season stop?

With our infrared machines we can work year-round but due to the increased costs associated with working in winter we usually stop doing non-major repairs in mid to late October when the Asphalt plants close.

How long should I stay off the repaired area?

At least 24 hours to allow the asphalt to set fully
